Mil-W-4088 (specs) nylon webbing is a versatile, high-strength material used in military, aerospace, and commercial applications.

Mil-W-27265 (specs) is a resin-treated version of Mil-W-4088, offering enhanced structure and stability.

We generally offer Class 1A, which is suitable for critical-use applications and woven on shuttleless looms. For some items, we also offer Class 1, which is woven on shuttle looms and includes a selvage edge.

Class Definitions:
• Class 1 = critical use → shuttle loom, nylon 6,6 → highest quality and cost
• Class 1A = critical use → shuttleless loom, nylon 6,6 → nearly identical performance, slightly different weaving
• Class 2 = non-critical use → less strict, nylon 6 or 6,6, any loom type
