Shipping Policy
Orders generally ship in 1-4 business days. Should an order take longer than expected, we will contact you via email or telephone for delivery details. You may confirm stock and delivery of goods prior to ordering by registering an account with us, so that we may review your shopping cart and give you the best shipping estimate. Email us at service@jontay.com or use our Contact Us Page to let us know. You may also call us at 1-800-783-8925 or 1-912-807-5827 Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm EST. If you are unsatisfied with the shipping prices, we can recheck them and make sure you are getting the correct price. We will send you an invoice with the correct shipping for your order, which you can then pay online.
Orders mostly ship via UPS Ground. Smaller ones will sometimes go USPS Priority. If you have a shipping preference, let us know in the Customer Notes of your order. Include your shipping account if you want it to ship collect. Should we change it to collect, we will refund your shipping cost.
Orders placed on weekdays before 9am often ship on the same day as long as all items are in stock. Should there be an item out of stock, we will hold the order until we receive the missing item. Let us know in the Customer Notes of your order if you need a partial shipment. If an item is out of stock for an extended length of time, we will notify you. Plus, we will make partial shipments on your order at no additional shipping charge.
Take 5% off orders of $100 and over, by entering 'jontaydiscountcoupon' in the coupon code section of the checkout. Orders shipped within the Contiguous United States with a minimum subtotal of $150.00 qualify for Free Shipping. Prices for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are higher. Orders shipped to the Southeastern U.S. qualify for Free Shipping starting at $125.00.
We ship to many International shipping destinations. However, some countries are not listed. If your order does not process, please contact us so that we may help you. International shipping brokerage fees and duties that are charged by the country of export are the responsibility of the customer.
